How can I check my order status? You will receive an email notification once your order is entered for processing. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.

How can I contact you if I have an immediate question? Call us toll free! 1-800-899-2084. Our office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday. We're not here on holidays, we're celebrating! If you are calling after normal business hours, please leave a message on our answering machine and we will call you back when we open for business the next day.

What are my shipping options? Our preferred shipper is UPS, however we will ship using the vendor of your choice. Orders shipping via FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service must be received before noon to ship the same day. Customers using DHL must use their own account and arrange for pick up. International orders are shipped via Expeditors International, freight collect. Other international carriers will be used, but customer must use their own account and arrange for pick up.
